Refund & Return Policy

Due to the hyper-sensitive, sterile nature of mycology cultivation supplies, the return policy for Myco Alchemy Co. LLC is governed by strict biosecurity rules:

1. Unopened & Unused Items: We accept returns on completely unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must arrive back to our facility in their original, pristine sterile packaging to qualify for a refund.

2. Sterile & Opened Supplies: To maintain a completely sterile and contamination-free environment for all of our customers, we absolutely cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used once they leave our facility.

Our Quality Guarantee

At Myco Alchemy Co LLC, sterility is built into our DNA. As a veteran-owned business led by a professional industrial QA/QC Inspector, we enforce rigorous inspection standards. Every liquid culture, sterilized grain jar, and all-in-one grow bag is prepared strictly in front of a commercial laminar flow hood and checked for absolute sterility prior to shipment.

Damaged or Contaminated Arrivals

If your item arrives broken, damaged in transit, or shows clear contamination prior to use, we will gladly ship you a replacement completely free of charge.

To qualify for a replacement, you must email a clear photo of the unopened, unused item showing the damage or contamination to our support email at Eric@mycoalchemyco.com within 72 hours of delivery. Once an item has been opened, unsealed, or injected/inoculated, all structural guarantees are completely void.
