### Shipping and Handling Policy

We take special care in packaging our mycology equipment to ensure it arrives at your door in a pristine, sterile state. 

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days. 

 Transit Temperature Protection (Monday - Wednesday Shipping Only)

Live liquid cultures and sterilized grains are highly sensitive to extreme transit temperatures. To prevent your order from sitting in unconditioned postal trucks or sorting hubs over a weekend, any orders containing live genetics or sterilized media are shipped out exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will ship out the following Monday.

 Carrier Delays & Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated tracking number will be sent to your email address. Myco Alchemy Co LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is significantly delayed and the media is compromised, please contact us with your tracking info.

We primarily ship orders using USPS and UPS. Standard domestic transit times generally take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
